2. Payment Processing

  • Payment is taken at the moment you place your order.
  • No order is prepared or dispatched until payment has cleared in full.
  • Where a payment is declined or does not go through, the order is not confirmed.

3. Pricing and Currency

  • All prices shown on luveloft.com are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
  • Prices may change at any time and without prior notice.
  • Any taxes, duties or delivery charges that apply are worked out and shown to you at checkout.

4. Secure Payment Processing

  • Luveloft protects your personal and payment details with SSL encryption and established payment gateways.
  • We never store, and never have sight of, your card number or full payment credentials.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

  • Refunds follow the terms set out in our Refund and Return Policy.
  • Chargebacks raised without cause, or fraudulently, will be investigated and contested.
  • If something looks wrong on your bill, write to us first at hello@luveloft.com and we will sort it out quickly.

6. Fraud Prevention

  • Luveloft may cancel, decline or hold any order that shows signs of fraud or unauthorised activity.
  • We may ask for further identity verification on high value or flagged transactions.

We may revise these Billing Terms and Conditions at any point. Updates appear on this page along with a new Last Updated date. Please look over this page from time to time. Continuing to use our website after a change means you accept the revised terms.
